At Leader Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Leader Online account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, or schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
